About Dogs of War

Built on price, not predictions.

Dogs of War is the team behind Pointers — a structured market-intelligence layer for global football, built on liquidity and designed for repeatability.

We do not publish tips. We surface structural divergence, gate publication through human judgement, and track every call from the moment it goes live.

An intelligence layer, not financial advice. 18+.

Why we exist

Football markets are liquid — but not always efficient.

Sportsbooks process over $300 billion in football activity every year. Prediction markets are now adding tens of billions more. That liquidity creates real prices — but it also creates real lag. Lineups, travel, rotation, news, live-game pressure, and crowd belief all move slower than the market should.

Most platforms optimise for engagement. Most tipsters optimise for volume. Pointers optimises for price — the one thing that, over time, separates structural edge from noise.

We do not chase certainty. We hunt the moments where price may not match reality — then we apply human judgement before we publish.

How we work

Automation finds opportunity. Humans apply restraint.

The Pointers loop is intentionally narrow. Fewer markets, deeper signal, clearer reads.

01

Scan

We continuously scan 1X2 and Asian Handicap — the two most liquid football markets globally.

02

Score

The engine scores deviation between implied probability and market price, ranks direction, keeps an audit trail.

03

Gate

A human confirms what goes live, adds brief context, and stamps an immutable publish time.

04

Track

Every published call is tracked from closing odds through outcome. The learning loop feeds back into the engine.

Pointers shield

The market doesn’t get everything right — and neither do we.

Not every signal works out. That’s the reality of any honest market call. We back mispriced outcomes. And, over time, that wins.

What we believe

Signal beats volume. Always.

A favourite can be over-backed. An underdog can be ignored. A market can lag behind a thirty-second news cycle. Our job is to find those moments, not to manufacture them.

We publish fewer calls than most. The ones that land are tracked publicly. The ones that don’t are tracked publicly too. That’s the price of credibility.

The team

Built by a small team. Tested in public.

Dogs of War is run by a tight founding team across football intelligence, automation, and community.

Alan — Co-founder

“The market doesn’t get everything right — and neither do we. We back mispriced outcomes. And, over time, that wins. It’s signal over noise.”

Alan leads the football-intelligence side: the human gate on every published Pointer, the editorial standard, and the reasoning that accompanies each call.

The wider team

The rest of the founding team covers the automation engine (data ingestion, deviation scoring, learning loop), the $DOGW token infrastructure on Solana (multisig treasury, vesting, on-chain transparency), and community operations through Telegram.

  • Engine & data — ingestion, scoring, audit trail
  • Token & treasury — Solana, Squads multisig, Sablier vesting
  • Community — Telegram, X, content, publication ops
What we’re not

A few things to be clear about.

Not a tipster service

We don’t publish high-volume daily picks. We publish ranked candidates, gated by judgement, tracked from publication. Volume is not the product. Discipline is.

Not financial advice

Pointers is an intelligence layer. $DOGW is a participation, access, and rewards token — not equity, not a security, not a promise of return. Everything we publish carries risk, and gambling involves risk by definition. 18+ only. Bet responsibly.
